Own-responsible implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill incl. Reporting and certification Contact person for employees and executives in all pay tax, social insurance and personal questions Supporting and consulting employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle Maintenance of personnel master files and administration of time management systems Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Cooperation with tax advisors, health insurance companies, authorities, auditors and the works council Creation of HR reports, statistics and ad hoc evaluations Participation in personnel cost planning, financial statements and personnel controlling Optimization and digitization of HR processes and introduction of new projects and workflows Support in recruiting, personnel development and operational personnel management Active cooperation on cross-departmental HR projects and continuous improvement processes

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in staffing or comparable studies Multiannual professional experience in pay accounting and operational personnel management Knowledge of labour, social security and labour tax law practice in the application of collective agreements and business agreements, ideally in a collective production company Safe handling of common pay billing systems, preferably SAP HCM/HR, and MS Office applications Structured, reliable and service-oriented operation Impressed communication strength and joy in working with employees, executives and external contacts
