take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of the Servity operating platform, On Premises and in the Servity Cloud Run Release Change and Hot Fixes to Servity in customer maintenance windows ensure the smooth interaction of the operating platform components monitor the system environments of our customers and support incident, problem and change management

a completed study of (technical) BWL, (economic) computer science, economic engineering or a completed training as a specialist informant ideally first professional experience in system integration readiness to travel as we support our customers directly on site readiness for continuous further development Team spirit excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Good if you know the following operating platform components...
