You are the central interface between our departments and IT – as IT Demand Manager (m/w/d) They make business demands, translate them into sustainable IT solutions and drive innovations forward.

Your tasks at a glance:

• They act as a strategic contact person for selected areas and locations in IT questions.
• The analysis, structuring and documentation of business requirements are included in your area of responsibility in close coordination with stakeholders.
• They translate business needs into concrete IT-demands – from idea to implementation.
• In the development of individual, IT-supported solutions, you advise the departments and promote and actively place the IT service portfolio within the organization.
• They identify relevant trends and needs for the further development of IT services and support the cross-site cooperation within the company.

You have this in your baggage

• Multiannual professional experience in IT Demand Management, Business Relationship Management or in a comparable role (e.g. as Product Owner)
• Pre-experiences in shipbuilding or other relevant topics, such as Human Resources (HR) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), are of advantage
• High technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
• Embossed ability to analyse, abstract and strategic requirements
• Strong communication and enforcement at all hierarchical levels
• Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Self-employed, solution-oriented operation and a high service requirement
• readiness to travel to our North German shipyard sites
