Product Manager (m/w/d)

As a Product Manager (m/w/d) in the ASW area of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK, you are responsible for: Professional leadership of interdisciplinary product teams consisting of product management, sales/marketing, engineering, logistics and project management over the entire product life cycle of the respective basic products including flow of information between the parties involved and a return of experience (Lessons Learned) from the individual life cycle phases to ensure the availability of profitable and market-oriented basic products Creation, coordination, regular review and implementation of product strategies based on independently prepared or partially prepared market and competitive and product profitability analyses Ensuring continuous optimization and increasing the profitability of the respective base products including regular testing of customer/project-specific adaptation requirements for meaningful integration into the respective base products Perception of the economic responsibility for the respective basic product developments incl. Budget planning and monitoring F&E, CAPEX Planning, creation and adaptation of various product artefacts according to product management process

They have successfully completed university studies in the field of economics or engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology. At best, you will bring a certification in product management. Long-term professional experience in projects (as Project Manager, Technical Manager, Logistic Engineering Manager) of the respective need family, in product management or long-term application experience. You can demonstrate experience in leading product teams. A comprehensive product or system knowledge, ideally knowledge of the operational use of the systems. A high degree of self-employment, self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility. Very good German and English skills are of course for you. A strong customer and service orientation and high team, communication and conflict resolution capability are your strengths. They bring the willingness to occasional national and international missions. International and intercultural experiences complete your profile.
