With more than 100 specialist schools in over 35 cities, the Ludwig Fresenius schools are among the largest private educational providers in Germany. More than 8,000 pupils are prepared annually at the Ludwig Fresenius schools. The educational offer includes training and further education in the fields of therapy and wellness, care and pedagogy, medicine and laboratory as well as technology. In the training areas Physiotherapy and Ergotherapy, the Ludwig Fresenius Schools are market leaders in Germany. In close cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius, the Ludwig Fresenius Schools have been offering training-integrated, dual bachelor courses in ergotherapy, logopedia and physiotherapy since 2022. These combine practical vocational training with a scientific degree.

To strengthen our team of Ludwig Fresenius Schools in Flensburg we are looking for a part-time with 25 hours a week: .

Daily office communication, applicant management and school administration Care of student data and files and databases Work on location and school lines Telephone and correspondence with students, authorities and other institutions Contact care with cooperation partners Support of the departments (invoicing, preparation of appointments, deposit accounting) Proof preparation and creation Care of events

Successfully completed training as a merchant for office communication or management, commercial assistant or administrative specialist Professional experience desirable Safe handling of current MS Office applications Open friendly appearance and good communication skills Embossed customer orientation and organizational skills Good time and priorities management Teamability and independent work and reliability Ideally experience in school management and health care
