Operations Manager support and daily collaboration with the entire Center Management Team ensuring and monitoring the technical and infrastructural building management of the Shopping Center; in particular in accordance with applicable technical guidelines and laws procurement, creation and negotiation of contracts, coordination and control of external works (including cleaning, security) and the Haustechniker team; including commercial knowledge to ensure legal and economic agreements Optimization and implementation of new developments in technical building management Maintenance and maintenance of property under economic and environmental considerations Working with the budgeting and maintenance of maintenance and investment measures Implementation of Group-wide safety standards Competent contact person (m/w/d) for tenants, authorities and foreign companies

A completed degree in facility management, building technology or a comparable qualification or a completed technical or commercial training in these areas First professional experience or specialist internships in facility management or similar areas Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured way of working Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the will to optimize processes First experiences in budget creation and budget management of advantage Impressive understanding and interest in sustainability Good MS Office and English skills German and good knowledge of English
