Completed degree with bachelor's degree (psychology, pedagogy or similar degree) Commitment and joy in the responsible implementation of seminars and work with groups Knowledge of suitability diagnosis and professional profiling Knowledge of psychometric test methods Very good written and MS Office knowledge Safe use of different conversation techniques Conversation and Intercultural Sensitivity Interest and joy in development work with people
