Ensuring the complete technical condition of the technical installations to be supervised Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g.: heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Implementation of control tours and visits as well as proactive repair and repair Support and support for customer technical operations Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

Technical training e.g. as a plant mechanic KHLS / mechatronics refrigeration / central heating and ventilation engineer / gas-water installer or comparable qualification Ideally with first professional experience, but also professional or technically experienced cross-income with training ambitions are welcome!
