Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative Industrie & Mittelstand (m/f/d)

Together with our account managers in the field service, you will create a dedicated team that will ideally serve our customers in day-to-day business. You are an all-rounder, because you start offerings and are responsible for the costing. You support the preparation for alerts and the execution of orders, frame call orders, rollouts and projects. In your position, you also take the vote between distributors/producers for offering and technical pre-qualification. You are also responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction including aftersales service.

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable studies. Enthusiasm for current IT trends as well as first professional experience in the sales service and/or experience in the system house of advantage. Good Microsoft knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) know-how and/or SAP S/4HANA ERP desired. Impressed communication skills and a sense of the needs of our customers.
