Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

At the front office is no day like the other – that's what makes the area exciting. With serenity and organizational skill you manage the diverse tasks that come to you daily. The role includes: Reception & guest service: You give our guests the feeling of being cordially welcome, co-ordinating check-in & check-out and professionally address all questions or concerns. Collaboration: Through close coordination with housekeeping, technology, convention sales or F&B, you will ensure a harmonious interplay in the background and a smooth daily hotel. Reservation: You can jongise with booking requests and ensure that the needs and wishes of the guests are met in terms of their stay with us. Complaint management: Sometimes there are small stumbling blocks. You're the problem solver that turns complaints into a smile. Administrative tasks: You keep the financial overview and make sure that all bookings and transactions are recorded correctly and accurately. In addition, you care for guest data and lists.

What we also wish: Qualification: You have completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or hotel expert and ideally brings first professional experience to the reception. The procedures for booking, check-in and billing are familiar to you. Good communication: With your kindness you can convince everyone and draw the greatest motivation from it when the guest leaves our house radiantly in the end. As a team player you like to work with other departments and proactively. Organisational strength: In lively situations, you keep an overview and secure your priorities. In doing so, you meet independent decisions, trade solution-oriented and find practical ways. System knowledge & languages: Working with hotel software (Sihot of advantage) and reservation systems is a good thing. In addition, you bring good language skills in German and English (min. B2).
