Participation in global HR projects and governance standards taking into account organisational and country-specific requirements Editing topics along the entire employee lifecycle, in particular recruiting, Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits and HR Reporting and Controlling Working with international HR IT projects, including the introduction of a global application for organization management and HR data, and support for cross-border rollouts Development of HR Reporting and Compensation-&-Benefits Systems and Identification of Fields of Use for AI Solutions in the Employee Lifecycle Definition and documentation of global requirements and standards, including quality guidelines and governance requirements Close cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g.: team processes, IT etc.) to successfully implement and accept global HR solutions Advice and training of specialist departments and country teams, including training and workshops to introduce new systems and applications Assessment and prioritisation of country-specific requirements and monitoring of HR processes, performance of data quality checks and coordination of cross-departmental purification measures with countries

Complete study of BWL with focus on staff, psychology or comparable training Experience in project management of HR projects Experience in the introduction and further development of various HR applications (e.g. SAP HCM) Cooperation with different stakeholders, in particular IT International experience of advantage flowing English skills
