In development projects, you work with us and are in close cooperation with engineering and quality management. In addition, you are responsible for the content and planning of customer service technicians and technicians worldwide. For example, You create training documents in German and English and carry out the training in a sovereign manner. With your expertise, you process complex complaint cases worldwide and carry out the analysis of the causes directly at our local customer base. But not only that: you develop measurement methods for data recording of the plant data, create technical protocols, release them and go to troubleshooting based on schematics and programming. Last but not least, you and your know-how are in demand with technical support and advise our stakeholders by phone in German and English.

Education: Studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Process Engineering or Similar Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in 3rd level support Personality and working methods: You are empathically addressing the needs of your team as well as the stakeholders, working towards joint success and thus promoting a positive team dynamic Languages: very good German and English
