You are responsible for projects from initialization to project completion. You create project plans (time schedules, milestones, resources) and, in cooperation with the controlling, have the responsibility for budgets and cost control. You conduct interdisciplinary project teams (internal and external), apply appropriate project management methods and identify and evaluate project risks. You ensure a transparent flow of information with all stakeholders (w/m/d) and are responsible for organizing and moderating meetings, workshops and status reports. You are responsible for compliance with quality standards, their further development and optimization and perform Lessons-Learned sessions. You analyze and optimize existing processes, methods and standards in IT project management. You support the mentoring and development of project managers (w/m/d) and exchange with other teams. Tender management in the field of IT operations is also one of your tasks.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. You have extensive professional experience in the implementation of operational and strategic projects, ideally in the field of IT operations as project manager (w/m/d) or subproject manager (w/m/d), and at best have experience in the logistics environment. You bring knowledge into common project management methods (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP) and tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project). Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are very good; further language skills are advantageous. You have know-how in the translation of business requirements into technical requirements as well as experience in the management and motivation of project teams. You convince by a sovereign occurrence, communication and conflict power, self-initiative, negotiation skills, and solution and implementation competence. You have a valid passenger ticket and the willingness to travel activities (about 20 – 40 %).
