With direct reporting to the member of the Executive Board responsible, you are competent to continuously expand the profitability of our Sparkasse. In your function, you and your team will be responsible for the professional and holistic advice of all private and corporate customers in the Private Banking segment on all issues of asset and restructuring.

Core aspects of your activity: Further development of our market position in customer and profit-oriented terms, intensification and expansion of existing customer connections, acquisition of new customers Management of sales activities and organisational structures in the Private Banking segment, responsibility for achieving project objectives Conceptual orientation of private banking with innovative approaches to generation management, co-representation of corporate customers or portfolio management Leadership, motivation, enthusiasm and provision of personnel development and control Designing the strategic orientation of the Sparkasse in the circle of the area manager and representation of the Sparkasse at events as well as care of diverse contacts

Your profile Banked training as well as further economic completion, ideally complemented by a qualification such as CFP, CEP, CFEP Leadership in credit management with strong sales competence and comprehensive conceptual skills to develop innovative private banking approaches Expertise in established and modern instruments for asset structuring as well as many years of consulting experience through various capital market and economic cycles They radiate experience, naturally arise sovereignly, act as a model over area boundaries and understand themselves as the designer in the field of investment
