As Junior M365 Consultant (gn) Compliance, you support our customers in introducing and developing Microsoft-365 compliance solutions. Together with experienced consultants, you work on exciting projects and continuously develop your know-how in the field of Modern Workplace & Compliance. Your tasks Support in planning and implementing Microsoft-365 compliance projects Working with the configuration and administration of Microsoft Purview solutions Support for the introduction of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection and Data Classification Analysis of customer requirements and creation of solution concepts together with experienced consultants Support for workshops, presentations and customer meetings Documentation of solutions and best practices Cooperation with internal experts and Microsoft and other partners Continuous training in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance

What we want from you First practical experience with Microsoft 365, for example through an activity in consulting, IT administration, support or related projects Basic knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Microsoft Purview Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Data Loss Prevention Information Protection Microsoft Entra ID / Identity Management

Interest in compliance, data protection and security issues Fun to understand technical relationships and help customers find solutions Analytical and Structured Operation High willingness to learn and enjoy team work Very good German and good English skills This is a plus First Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, SC-900 or comparable) First experiences with Microsoft Purview or Compliance projects Basic knowledge of data protection, governance or information security
