Head of Financial Scheduling (m/f/d)

In this function, you conduct the field both professionally and disciplinaryly and are responsible for its strategic, technical and technical orientation. You take over the overall responsibility for building, technical care and operational management of liquidity planning. This also includes the creation of liquidity evaluations, the implementation of analytical activities and the processing of inquiries for internal customers and stakeholders. In addition, ensure the daily financial disposition for the entire ADAC Group and have the clearance permission for all payments. In addition, you coordinate the annual financial statements within the FND department and guarantee a timely and high-quality implementation. Furthermore, you are responsible for cash pooling, control payment flows across groups and continuously monitor or optimize payment transactions as well as the systems and interfaces used. As a competent respondent, you act against banks, treasury, internal auditing, as well as auditors in all aspects of bank accounting and liquidity management.

You have a completed university degree (Master or Diploma) of economics with a focus on accounting, finance or treasury, or a comparable training, for example in the banking sector with a multiannual professional experience. In addition, you will bring multi-year leadership experience in financial accounting, treasury or cash management. With your well-founded knowledge in HGB, payment law and bank-related regulatory requirements, you create a solid basis for the professional responsibility of this role. It goes without saying that routine dealing with ERP systems such as SAP FI or SAP BCM as well as with cash management tools is part of your everyday work. In addition, you have extensive experience in managing projects, in particular in the context of digitalization projects and process optimizations. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking enable you to safely assess complex financial issues. With your sovereign appearance and strong communication skills, you convince internal and external stakeholders alike. Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of German and English.
