Your tasks:

• Optimization of time workflows and associated repair instructions
• Qualified & highly flexible control of reported potential cases according to specifications
• Identification of additional cases by targeted research
• Creating, coordinating, checking repair instructions including quality assurance
• Functional/outlet testing for securing/confirming the repair method and use release of special tools/workshop equipment
• Developing/recognition of key figures and control by statistical evaluations as well as creating project plans and reports
• You will develop Lessons Learned to derive standards and processes
• Analyzing and dissolving any arising or complex enquiries and (safety-relevant) problems involving all the relevant bodies (e.g. manufacturers/suppliers, authorities)
• Within the task, you create policy templates, strategy papers and specifications for the after-sales requirements and present them in bodies

Your qualifications:

• Multiannual experience in engineering, time management, mechanical engineering, technical editorial staff or comparable technical training with practical experience
• Multiannual professional experience in connection with service/vehicle technology, if necessary also appropriate completed studies, as well as wine EFA or MTM training required
• Practical knowledge in the field of service documentation / repair instructions
• knowledge in the large group and in workshop processes
• Knowledge in project and process management of process/method projects
• Extensive knowledge in the development and application of processes and methods in data management
• Extensive knowledge of product data management processes and comparable IT skills in data processing and analysis
• German and English skills
• High enforcement and strong analytical skills
• The ability to work quickly into various complex situations
