Designing cloud instead of managing only: You plan, implement and operate modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments – from identity with Entra ID to team and SharePoint integration to security and compliance baselines.
Support and implement migrations: Whether Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online, hybrid scenarios or structured cutover projects – you support planning and implementation and actively contribute your technical know-how.
Modernize Device Management: With Intune, Autopilot, and clear guidelines, you are looking for standardized, automated client environments. PowerShell uses you pragmatically to efficiently solve recurring tasks.

Completed IT training or study
At least three years of practical experience in the Microsoft cloud environment (Azure/M365)

Understanding Security and Compliance Basics
German knowledge of C1 level and good English skills
Ideally experience with Azure Landing Zones, hybrid scenarios (e.g. AD Connect), automation minimum set or touch points with EDR/XDR/SIEM.
