In your role, you work at the interface of consulting, sales, business development and technology. So you actively shape new business opportunities and create real added value for our customers: You participate in the processing of sales opportunities in the area of Conversational AI and prepare customer appointments & workshops. You actively contribute to the sales process and accompany the delivery processing. You analyse customer needs, structure requirements and derive concrete project approaches and sales opportunities. You support the development of business cases, ROI views and benefits for Conversational AI solutions. You develop existing customer relationships in the Conversational AI segment and recognize up and cross-sell potentials in the portfolio. You will create documents for economic evaluation, solution description and project definition. You design templates, develop knowledge building blocks and bring insights from customer projects into best practices.

You have a successfully completed degree. in Cognitive Science, BWL, Business Informatics, International Management or have a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experiences in consulting, sales, account management or business development - ideally in the B2B, SaaS or technology environment. Ideally, you have already gained first experience with Conversational AI, Customer Service Technologies, Automation or AI-based customer communication. You can easily grasp economic relationships and have a high degree of accuracy, self-initiative and hand-on mentality. You burn for digital innovations, artificial intelligence, conversational AI, chatbots and voicebots. You are a team player and communicate in English and fluently.
