Together with the expert:innen der Marti GmbH Deutschland und der Marti Foundingstechnik AG aus der Schweiz we are building the new division Spezialtiefbau. Marti Founding Technology AG has more than 40 years of experience in the execution of displacement piles and has successfully implemented over four million barrels of piles across Europe. As the only company, it offers two highly developed, 100% full displacement drilling systems – sMartex and Fundex – which are characterized by a drilling depth of up to 45 m, a vibration-free, noise-reduced construction and high environmental compatibility. This technical competence and innovative strength form the basis for your success in entering the market in Germany.

Strategic Structure & Market Probe:

• Construction and strategic further development of the special construction division with focus on displacement piles
• Market analysis and regional acquisitions in northern Germany

Project management & implementation:

• Management and independent design of the first projects, especially in the initial phase
• Establishment and leadership of your own team to realize challenging projects
• Free space for your own ideas and innovative solutions in planning and implementation
• Ensure highest quality standards

Cooperation & Network:

• Close cooperation and knowledge transfer with the specialists of Marti GmbH Germany and Marti Founding Technology AG from Switzerland
• Use and further development of existing synergies within the Marti Group

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Detectional experience in special construction, especially in the production of displacement piles
• Knowledge of calculation, acquisition and project management
• First experience in personnel management
• High readiness and willingness to actively shape the location in northern Germany
