You actively participate in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA and work on this major project in a cross-departmental team. In doing so, you take part in Finance (FI) and are responsible for the planning, control and coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants and implementation partners. During the Realize phase, you will guide your subproject team and guarantee the implementation, integration and quality assurance of the defined solutions. You act as a central communication interface, advise disciplines and translate their requirements into SAP S/4HANA processes; also create and structure clear user stories based on specialist concepts. Based on existing technical concepts, you create and structure user stories and create a clear, usable requirement basis In addition, you moderate workshops, promote a common understanding between business and IT, identify conceptual gaps and develop suitable solutions. You agree closely with other subproject managers (including Controlling, MM, Maintenance, Treasury, Real Estate) and contribute to the successful project completion through transparent communication and coordination.

Completed studies in economics or business informatics, as an alternative a comparable qualification – e.g. through multiannual relevant professional experience Expertise in SAP, in particular in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA), ideally complemented by controlling, SD and best practice knowledge Routine in SAP implementation and transformation projects, preferably experience in a (partial) project leadership role or a similar position with leadership responsibility Practice with agile and hybrid project methods and at best familiarity with SAP Activate methodology Consultancy, communication and moderation skills as well as fun to understand requirements, manage workshops and communicate complex content in a comprehensible way Motivation, desire for independent work, self-confidence and a structured way of working
