Assistant Employment Law (m/f/d)

In your function, you take over the German- and English-speaking correspondence as well as telephone communication with clients and colleagues from our global network. You are responsible for invoice processing and have an eye on the deadlines. Responsibly attach and manage and maintain physical and digital files. Create client agreements, such as Engagement Letter and Conflict Checks. You create travel cost accounting and are responsible for the associated internal and external administrative correspondence. Conduct and maintain the schedule and contacts of the team. In particular, you take over the organisation of business trips, internal and external events and client appointments at home and abroad. In addition, you support the preparation of pitches and the compilation of forms and installations.

You have successfully completed training as lawyers:r, foreign language correspondent:in, European secretary:in, merchant/wife for office management or comparable commercial or administrative training. First relevant professional experience in the professional service environment was ideally able to already collect you. The team’s work is important to you and team success plays a key role for you. You have a very good understanding, a predictive way of working and good ways of handling. With the popular MS Office applications, you are very familiar and do a safe handling. High communication skills and secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
