As a full-stack data analytics/data science expert (d/m/w/x), you develop data-centered solutions and, together with your project team, allow digital decision support for our top management to actively shape the future of one of the most successful mobility companies in the world. With your project team, you are responsible for the development and deployment of an end-to-end solution from data engineering to data analytics to user-friendly customer frontends and thus provide an important component for the offer portfolio and the solution development competence of MBMC. As part of an interdisciplinary team with highly motivated colleagues, you work together with other data experts and consultants to understand and implement the requirements of our clients. Throughout all departments, you can support data and technology-based solutions to respond to the strategic challenges of Mercedes-Benz. With several years of professional experience, you join us as a full-stack Data Analytics/ Data Science Expert (d/m/w/x) and take responsibility for extensive subprojects at top management levels. In addition, you’ll run the training and coaching program to expand your soft skills and prepare you for later challenges. You also have the possibility to use between three and five training days a year to further train yourself. In addition, the variety of projects offers you the opportunity to build a broad knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and its working methods, in order to establish and expand contacts in the Group from the outset. These challenges come to you: Advice on strategic and operational issues related to digitalization and data-driven optimization - Participation in the identification and evaluation of applications of data-based decision support (partial) responsibility for the successful development and implementation of innovative analytics and business intelligence solutions for cross-disciplinary, comprehensive business processes with a variety of interfaces and stakeholders Participation in data analysis from conception to modeling, from data engineering to visualization (partial)responsibility for the identification and definition of data sources as well as the design of strategic, cross-functional data models for use in multiple analytics projects and integration into a project-wide data layer Requirements Engineering and (Rapid) Prototyping for Creating BI/Data Analytics Tools (Power BI/Python Stack in Azure Environment) Participation in the development of individual (partial) projects for the on-time, on-budget and on-quality delivery of project results as well as the tracking and tax of the respective project risks Ensure internal knowledge transfer between projects and stakeholders Participation in deriving new conceptual approaches and methods for future projects Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams

Ideally, you bring the following: Successfully completed studies of economics, computer science, technology, natural sciences or comparable disciplines with mathematical, statistical or economic components Experience in a dynamic-analytical working environment (e.g. in business consulting, automotive industry, software or start-up industry) Experience in the practical application of Data Engineering incl. Data Evaluation and Analysis - Experience in at least two other relevant topics such as: NLP / GenAI Machine Learning Frontend Development (e.g. Node.js, REACT, Angular) Operations Research Deep Learning Software Engineering Spark
