A completed study or training in the commercial or administrative field. First professional experiences, ideally in the university environment, are advantageous Very good English knowledge, safe handling of MS Office, experience with databases and online tools (e.g. Moodle, Doodle, Typo3, EndNote, Calendar applications) Organisational skills, a structured way of working and the willingness to work into new tasks and systems Self-employed and reliable working methods, willingness to take responsibility and team spirit, commitment and joy in dealing with people
