Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Accompanying: Supporting our employees in the entire employee-Lifecylce (from on to offboarding) Expertise: Control and implementation of personal measures in the fields of human resources, human resources management and development and health management, in close cooperation with the departments Designs: Active participation and implementation of company-wide HR strategies and processes

Qualification: Complete economic studies with a focus on personnel and Economic psychology or comparable training with corresponding additional qualifications Professional Experience: Multiannual Professional Experience as Personnel Officer (m/w/d), HR Manager (m/w/d) or HR Business Partner (m/w/d) Knowledge: Experience in operational and strategic human resources management as well as a broad understanding of HR processes and HR issues Mobility: willingness to travel between Naumburg (Saale) and the GVZ Berlin Süd in Großbeeren Personality: courage to proactively advance new developments, an open ear for the interests and wishes of managers and staff, as well as an expressive feeling for people; strategic, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
