Accompanying and implementing new, innovative software solutions and functionalities for their first time in radiology, cardiology and clinical departments: Cardiology information system Image archiving and communication systems (PACS) Radiology Information System (RIS) Universal Archive & Universalviewer Interface function between development, product management and service team to optimally implement requirements in web and desktop solutions Support and optimization of pilot installations, including configuration, testing and feedback integration Technical support of the service team in customer projects with above mentioned software solutions Planning and implementation of training, workshops and knowledge sharing sessions for colleagues: Own responsible implementation of in-house tests and continuous optimization of software solutions Improving processes, documentation and deployment strategies for customer-oriented, agile service organization Close cooperation with all teams along Product Lifecycle: Product Management, Development, Sales, Service, Support and Project Management

completed university studies in IT, medical informatics, technical informatics or a comparable qualification; alternative MTR with relevant experience Enthusiasm for innovative software solutions and the ability to understand complex systems in detail Communication strength, safe occurrence and analytical, structured and independent operation Experience in use and ideally in implementing clinical IT systems ( Ideally, you have at least knowledge in one of the areas RIS, PACS or cardiology software) Basic knowledge or understanding of FHIR, HL7, DICOM and IHE
