Product Portfolio Manager in Stuttgart (m/f/d)

The product portfolio department is responsible for the development, organisation and control of a diverse multi-site portfolio with the focus on education & children, inclusion, Best Ager, and services. The offer ranges from movement formats, camps and prevention programs, BGM offers to events and specialized programs for different target groups. We build long-term cooperation with schools, social institutions, municipalities and companies, implement projects reliably and ensure the highest quality standards. In addition, we pilot new offers, develop partnerships and support implementation through clear structures, defined processes and targeted training.

From now on we are looking for a dedicated personality to strengthen our product portfolio team.You are actively gaining new cooperation partners such as schools, organizations and companies. You present our offer portfolio and develop tailor-made cooperation models You enter existing partners, regularly tune and develop joint projects You encourage long-term partnerships and identify new potentials You secure defined quality standards and systematically get feedback You continuously document results and optimierst processes and processes You plan and conduct internal training on processes, organization and quality You support the teams in the professional implementation of the programs

You have experience in one of the following areas: business, marketing or sales, social or project management, event or sports management, or administrative or sales-related commercial training You convince with pronounced communication and network competence You perform professionally and confidently – also against school lines, HR response partners and external partners You work structured, organized and reliable You show your own initiative and enjoy acquise and build new cooperations You are team-ready and like to work with different target groups You trade in solution-oriented and bring a high quality awareness You are ready to travel and have a valid passenger car license (Grades B)
