Your tasks – Your skills are in focus with us Content & Storytelling: You develop target group-specific content for our website and social media channels – from idea to publication. With authentic storytelling, you can experience our services, innovations and our corporate culture. Strategy & Planning: You develop a content strategy for the different channels of the KPS Group and its subsidiaries and implement them independently. This includes editorial planning as well as the implementation of content in text, image and, if necessary, Video – also in cooperation with external partners. Performance & Optimization: You keep looking at relevant KPIs, analyze the performance of our content, and then initiate concrete optimization measures. Collaboration: You work closely with Recruiting and actively contribute your ideas to our personal marketing.

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification that gives you a solid basis for this role. You are also welcome to us as a cross-comer with great affinity for marketing and communication topics You have a good sense of language, you like to form attractive texts and work with curiosity and enthusiasm in new topics With popular tools like MS Office you work safely. Also with CMS systems – for example WordPress – you are familiar or quickly learn
