You are responsible for the management of the Care Insurance Research Centre with currently 18 employees. You are responsible for the management and coordination of the various model programs for the further development of care insurance as well as the competence center for digitization and care. You will also participate in the strategic development of the Care Insurance Research Centre in the context of care and care policy and research-related challenges.
Qualification: completed studies (master or comparable in social, economic, health or nursing sciences), ideally with doctorate. Leadership competency: experienced, assertive and decision-making leaders with empathy, diplomacy and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
