As a sushi cook, you are responsible for the professional preparation of sushi, sashimi and Japanese specialties at the highest level. You will ensure a smooth run at your post and ensure consistently high quality and perfect presentation. You work with high-quality, fresh products and treat goods and resources responsibly. Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (HACCP) is of course yours. You actively contribute your creativity to the further development of our sushi concepts and menus. In a team with flat hierarchies you work independently and bring your personality and ideas in a targeted manner.

Completed training as a cook/kitchen or detectable experience as Sushi Koch. Finded knowledge of sushi preparation and a pronounced quality and freshness awareness. Passion for Japanese cuisine, precision in crafts and attention to detail. Team spirit, reliability and respectful handling at eye level. Structured and clean working – even in stressful situations you keep an overview.
