Commercial management of the project stock (new buildings/stock) Support for investment buildings (Forward Deals/Projects) Detailed analysis of rental and auxiliary costs, development of suggestions for increase and optimization elaboration and monitoring of annual budgets; regular production of reporting on object and portfolio levels Takeover of the planning, release and commercial control of repair measures

Complete business studies with a focus on finance and asset management or completed studies in banking Strong Excel Competence – You create complex tables, calculations & reports independently First experience in renewable energy, energy or project management Analytical thinkability, independence and a high degree of reliability
