HVG Grünäummanagement GmbH is a company of VIVAWEST and leading green area managers in NRW. For the field of open-air services with focus on applications around Gelsenkirchen, we are looking for a building manager for green area care / landscape care (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Central contact for customers on contract-related topics and contractually agreed services Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and measures at construction sites Operational control of assigned orders, ensuring the proper and economic execution and the contractually agreed quality in the delivery of services Defining the operational planning of columns for the day taking into account weekly planning Identification of potentials for new orders and additional services for existing customers Instruction and instruction of subcontractors, sampled control of the quality of the performance of subcontractors (on-site) and ensuring performance documentation by subcontractors Implementation of interim and final withdrawals and transfer of (finished) services Creation of site-related post-calculations and takeover of responsibility for the achievement of cover contributions (responsibility)

, Techniker (m/w/d) und Ingenieur (m/w/d) mit der Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau or an industry-related profession with comparable qualifications Safe application of the current MS Office programs as well as the readiness to work into the operating control systems Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and action Embossed business understanding Responsibility, empathy and leadership skills negotiating skills, enforcement strength and team spirit as well as very good communicative skills driving licence class B
