Coordination of the Bid Management Process Processing of tender documents Own-responsible creation of offer documents and templates Support of sales manager in the development and preparation of the offer strategy Implementation of calculations Close cooperation with Sales Manager Construction and maintenance of customer contacts

Successfully completed technical or economic studies in the field of economics, economic law, industrial engineering or comparable Alternatively, a completed technical and commercial training and already first professional experience in Bid Management First experience in the sales environment desirable knowledge of the military industry and of military equipment and systems Experience of tender procedures of contracting authorities Very good English knowledge of word and writing; preferably in addition French knowledge Superior and enforceable personality with high customer orientation High sense of responsibility, a structured and independent way of working as well as strong team skills and high communication skills
