Commercial clerk street cleaning / winter service (m/w/d)

Kaufm. We are looking for the waste industry Stuttgart (AWS) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. AWS Stuttgart employs around 1,000 employees in the headquarters on Stöckach as well as at various operating locations throughout the city. The designated location is assigned to the Mitte (Heinrich-Baumann-Str. 4, 70190 Stuttgart) department of street cleaning. The road cleaning department ensures clean roads, walking and cycling routes during the 24/7 shift operation, including the emptying of paper baskets and underground collection points as well as the carrying out of special cleaning. In addition, it is responsible for the operation and maintenance of currently 75 public toilets and for the winter service. In total, around 350 employees work in the department.

You are responsible for general administrative tasks, such as the creation and organisation of work and wage reports, business statistics, documentation, training documents You actively participate in customer consulting, information, processing complaints and implement appropriate remedies The processing of personnel matters and accidents is also one of your tasks You are responsible for the coordination of personal protective equipment (order, warehouse, issue, etc.) as well as the assignment of employees of AWS (UVV training) You are responsible for the transport and supervision of personnel, as well as the control of the correct task in shift operation A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an administrative specialist or merchant/buyer for office management or a comparable qualification in the fields of office communication, administration, personnel (required for state recognition in foreign accounts) Ownership of licence B/BE, desirable is class C/CE The willingness to shift work Basic knowledge of labour, social and labour law as well as experience in public administration, customer consulting and disposal logistics are desirable. Self-employed working, enforcement and communication and team skills and a sovereign handling of work tips Very good handling of MS Office programs and good knowledge of German in word and writing
