Training as a materials tester – focus on metal technology (m/f/d)

You carry out physical and technical investigations and analyze the results Check the quality of our metals – from goods receipt to goods exit You take samples of iron and non-ferrous metals and investigate their properties using modern testing methods You can participate in non-destructive tests such as ultrasound (UT) and reliably detect material defects You are taking steps to improve process and quality from your results You document your results precisely in test logs Your 3.5-year-old training takes place in part in a combination – giving insights into our partner companies and benefiting from a particularly varied and practical learning environment

You have at least the middle maturity with qualification note in your pocket Physics, Chemistry and Maths are subjects that interest you and in which you like to get deeper You work carefully and reliably, bring a good technical understanding and enjoy practical work in the laboratory, in the workshop and the test bench You have a sharp eye for details and an analytical way of thinking with which you like things to go to the bottom You are flexible and willing to travel regionally – especially in Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund Class B driving licence is mandatory so that you can easily reach our locations
