As a Salesforce Administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you can ensure that our Salesforce landscape works reliably and is optimally aligned with the requirements of our departments. In doing so, you enter our users in the entire EMEA organization, develop existing processes and implement new requirements using the Salesforce platform. In addition to the daily operation, your focus is on the automation of processes, high data quality and the need-oriented further development of our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In national and international projects you work closely with the business units, internal teams and external service providers. This means for you in detail: You are responsible for the daily operation of our Salesforce landscape and are the first respondent for users throughout the EMEA organization. Incoming second-level tickets are coordinated within the team and, if necessary, take the escalation to external service providers. With Salesforce Flow and other click-based tools, you develop and optimize solutions for the automation of our business processes. The management of user access, profiles, roles and permission sets is one of your tasks as well as the maintenance of the associated documentation and compliance with the applicable policies. You will collect requirements from the business units together with the respective managers and transfer them to practical salesforce configurations. Significant reports and dashboards are created and developed by you in order to support sales and forecasting. Dedupplications, data imports and exports ensure a high quality of data while also addressing the integrations of connected systems, such as our ERP system. In addition, you support national and international salesforce projects, plan user training and accompany the introduction of new functions until successful use in everyday work.

You have a Salesforce admin certification. Additional qualifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous. Your Salesforce certification and your practical experience are crucial for us. A relevant university degree in the field of business informatics, computer science or comparable qualifications would be desirable, however, is not a prerequisite. In dealing with Salesforce Flow and the automation of business processes, you bring well-founded practical experience. You've been a Salesforce administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for several years and you're sure about Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, is a plus. You communicate safely and understandably to different stakeholders. You will consistently focus on the requirements and needs of users. Experience with Apex or another object-oriented programming language is also advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
