The day business? – You run a team of trainee consultants:inside on their way to successful construction finance consultants:inside and together with them lay the foundation for sustainable sales success. Your team? – An experienced team from Sales Teamleads who, together with you, accompany our trainees on their way to successful construction finance consultants. Your mission? – With your leadership and coaching skills, you develop our trainees into successful sales personalities. You work with the Sales Teamleads and other departments across departments to ensure the best possible development of our trainees and sustainable sales success.

Experience in managing and developing sales teams, ideally as team leader or in a comparable leadership role Outstanding experience in coaching and in the development of employees or distributors: At least 5 years of experience in building financing and well-founded knowledge of the entire building financing line Experience in the platform business Structured, self-responsible and targeted working methods Impressed communication strength as well as the ability to motivate people and to inspire them for common goals Completed training as a banker/wife or certificate of expertise pursuant to §34i GewO
