Sales Trainee (m/f/d)

In six months, you will get insights into the sales area of our branches and develop your sales personality with individual coaching to start as an associate account manager: in Kiel, Lübeck or Elmshorn.

Kiel Your New Customer Purchasing Task: You identify independent decision-makers: both with potential customers and introduce our service portfolio in telephone and personal conversations Customer support: You are the first contact point for your customers in terms of ongoing and future projects in the field of engineering and/or IT In cooperation with your colleagues in recruiting, you are responsible for the selection and support of our technical staff. You have successfully completed your studies in technical or economic fields You have ideally gained first experience in service distribution You are communicative, stand out confidently and convincingly, and have fun in success You have very good German skills (min. C1) and a class B licence
