Successfully completed Master or Diploma in Medical Informatics, Bioinformatics, (Applied) Computer Science or Comparative Qualification Promotion and/or experience in scientific publications desirable Ability to translate clinical facts into IT requirements and IT solutions Experiences in the integrated analysis of medical data, machine learning and knowledge in knowledge-based systems, requirements engineering and software engineering First knowledge of terminologies such as LOINC, SNOMED-CT, interface standards such as HL7, FHIR, XML, DICOM as well as experiences with medical information systems such as KIS, PACS and LIS Knowledge of mathematical-statistic programming (e.g. MATLAB, R, SPSS, SAS, Python) Experience in medical app development desirable Ideally experience in the structured storage of large amounts of data (SQL/noSQL databases, DBMS, Data Warehousing) Knowledge of the analysis of bioimmunological and multi-omics data and their correlation with clinical results desirable Experiences in the application of methods and tools for the analysis of large data sets (e.g. Next-Generation Sequencing, RNA-Seq, Genomics) desirable Affinity for cardiovascular research field and interest in clinical trials High motivation and commitment and ability to work independently and independently High level of enthusiasm, organisational talent, communicative characteristics and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English
