You promote sound business decisions through meaningful analyses, precise reporting and active support of budget, forecast and final processes You implement and develop modern controlling instruments that create transparency and ensure the sustainable achievement of corporate goals You accompany and coordinate monthly and annual accounts and ensure high data quality through structured reporting You analyze deviations, derive concrete recommendations for action and thus promote a proactive management of the company You promote cross-departmental cooperation and continuously optimize controlling processes and reporting structures to increase efficiency

Complete study of BWL or business informatics, ideally with a focus on controlling or training or comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally acquired in trading Self-understanding as a generalist:in and joy in the processing of changing tasks in a dynamic and growing environment Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel as well as application knowledge in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA are desirable Strength of persuasion, independentness, design motivation, pragmatic working Very good German and good English skills
