Tasks

• Stand-alone installation, ruts and operation of modern CNC lathes
• Production of individual parts, small series and series components according to technical drawings
• Programming, customizing and optimizing CNC programs (depending on qualification)
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring consistently high quality
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls with common measuring instruments
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and repair of minor disturbances
• Continuous optimization of machining processes and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Completed training as machining mechanic (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in CNC turning is desirable
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain are advantageous
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Precise, independent and responsible operation
• Teamability, reliability and quality awareness
• ready for shiftwork, if necessary
