Your responsibility & mission: You coordinate and administrate service orders in the field of gas-insulated switching systems (GIS) and ensure smooth order processing from the system to the invoice position You collect, check and process incoming customer orders as well as service requests in SAP and other systems You set up service orders, provide relevant data and make sure that all information is complete and correct You work closely with the project management team, internal departments as well as other interfaces and support the successful implementation of service projects You coordinate materials, services and administrative processes around service orders You monitor dates, process order adjustments, credits and cancellations and ensure high data and process quality You create invoices, assist in the clarification of billing-relevant questions and, if necessary, interact with internal and external contact persons You actively contribute to the development of digital processes and new system landscapes
