Processing of entry and exit mail, as well as judicial mail (Justizpost) Reproduction and sewing of the documents of the Notariate Documentation Careful document processing in the Notariat (sewings, punching and punching of notarial documents as well as production and compilation of complete copies and copies in compliance with the highest quality standards) Accounting Accompanying/organising in-house removals, crafts or repairs of all kinds Entrances: Post, Court of First Instance

You bring a completed, ideally commercial training and first experience in the back office You are versed in dealing with current MS Office programs and have very good German knowledge in word and writing If you are also a reliable and always friendly person, who likes to work carefully, concentrates and in the team and is customer-oriented, communication-strong and skillful in dealing with people, you are right with us
