Complete vocational training as a mechatronic or comparable technical training 3–5 years of experience in prototype construction, special machine construction or plant construction Very good mechanical and electrical understanding Independent, precise operation and high craftsmanship Technical understanding, structured working and high quality and safety awareness Embossed problem solving and pragmatic thinking Ready to test new solutions (prototype environment) Analytical thinking in troubleshooting and commissioning High reliability, sense of responsibility and team capability
