Own investment and maintenance of receivable accounts in the Annotext programme Self-creating and editing of call letters Application for dunning and enforcement decisions Compilation of enforcement orders, provisional payment bans and deposit and transfer orders Time-limit monitoring and processing Self-fulfilment of correspondence and fonts Discharge of our lawyers: within the team in all administrative matters As well as the classical secretariat organisation

(m/w/d) Professional experience in a similar position is desirable Good knowledge in dealing with the special electronic legal mailbox (beA) You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Routinized work with Outlook, Word and Excel is of course for you Pleasure of secretarial activities and safe occurrence You work proactively, structured and very reliable Organizational talent, fast understanding and sense of responsibility High motivation and commitment High openness to digital tools and AI-based applications and interest in the use of modern technologies in everyday work
