You guide and control the entire construction process, including appointment control and coordination, and troubleshooting You are a full project manager for new and new construction projects. You have a completed degree as an architect:in / civil engineer:in or craftsman:in / civil engineering technician:in or alternatively a completed training with master title You have many years of professional experience in the management of construction projects in construction or interior construction You are routined in dealing with the current MS Office applications and has good knowledge about the VOB as well as the valid legal provisions You also keep an overview in stressful and unplanned situations and do not lose sight of the goal, self-organization is not a foreign word for you You are in possession of a driver's license and have good knowledge of German in word and writing You have good German skills in word and writing
