At our site in Teterow, near Rostock, you are employed in the department “Manufacturing Microbial Products - Quality”. You are a member of the team which ensures the GMP-compliant production of recombinant proteins for therapeutic purposes. A diverse range of tasks awaits you with the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. You are responsible for compliance with GMP guidelines and ISO 13485 as well as for the creation, maintenance and guidance of relevant GMP documents. You ensure that manufacturing processes deliver stable and high-quality results throughout the entire product lifecycle and continuously optimize existing processes. You coordinate the internal product release, check batch documentation and create deviation reports and amendments. You plan and carry out training activities in the “Microbial Products” team and support risk analysis as well as validation and qualification documents. You work closely with colleagues from production, process development, quality control, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.

You have a completed master's degree in the scientific field or in quality management and have a good technical understanding. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the regulated environment and convince with a pronounced quality awareness. Their mode of operation is structured, conscientious and solution-oriented. Reliability and team skills are the key. You know MS-Office safely and have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
