Senior SAP Authorization Administrator - SAP IS-U (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the design, implementation and further development of authorization concepts in the SAP-IS-U environment with a focus on VNB and LIEF processes and ensure their consistent and audit-proof. You manage and optimize your own SAP permission and user structures (ABAP and Fiori environment) in a complex IS-U system landscape and ensure compliance with security, compliance and audit requirements. You analyse complex and contradictory requirements from specialist areas such as market communication, billing, network operation and supplier change and develop tailor-made, practical authorization solutions. You control and coordinate internal and external partners (e.g. departments, IT service providers, auditors) and ensure efficient cooperation between all stakeholders. You guide requirements from ongoing IS-U operation, audits, regulatory requirements and quality assurance measures, and implement resulting optimizations in systems and processes. You are planning and implementing complex projects in the field of SAP-IS-U privileges and IAM and, if necessary, take the lead of subprojects to ensure the successful introduction and further development of our solutions. You continuously develop and establish planning, control and monitoring systems as well as standards that contribute to the continuous optimization of the operating processes.

You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP-IS-U regulatory environment, ideally focusing on VNB and LIEF processes (e.g. market communication, supplier change, billing, device management). You have a well-founded knowledge of SAP user and authorization management and have experience in designing, implementing and developing authorization concepts. You bring knowledge of SAST GRC or comparable GRC solutions and have experience in dealing with audit, compliance and SoD requirements, especially in the regulated energy environment. You are characterized by a pronounced solution and target orientation and are proactively addressing challenges to develop efficient and sustainable solutions. You have excellent organizational skills and work highly efficiently and independently by structuring tasks, setting priorities and continually opting for work processes. You have an excellent communication and customer orientation: You go to the needs of the customers, communicate clearly and offer competent and solution-oriented advice at any time. You communicate clearly and convincingly, adapt your messages to different target groups and promote an open and constructive exchange through your communicative competence.
