Are you excited about plastics, new materials and innovative manufacturing processes? Then take a key role with us: You develop our extrusion and coating processes, bring new materials into production successfully and together with us create sustainable material solutions.

Product and process development: You analyze and optimize our extrusion and coating processes, develop products and manufacturing processes continuously and accompany their successful implementation in production. Developing materials: You evaluate new raw materials, alternative plastics and suppliers, plan and accompany material tests and integrate suitable materials successfully into our production processes. Promoting sustainability: You develop solutions for recycling production waste, actively evaluate the use of recycled materials and drive sustainable material concepts. Successfully implement projects: You support investment and optimization projects from planning to successful implementation and work closely with production, development, purchasing and other areas of expertise. Stable production processes: You analyze process deviations, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable solutions to increase quality, efficiency and economy. share knowledge: You accompany our trainees for plastic and rubber technologists in everyday work and take on the professional role of trainers. An existing trainer appropriation is of advantage and can also be purchased after entry if necessary.

Training and qualification: You have completed your studies in plastics technology, process engineering or a comparable technical field. Alternatively, you have a further training as a master or technician in the field of plastics technology in conjunction with a training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in plastics extrusion as well as in process and process optimization of a manufacturing industrial company. Material competence: You have a well-founded knowledge of thermoplastics and are interested in new materials, recycling concepts and innovative materials solutions. Project and process competence: You have experience in the independent implementation of technical projects and work structured and solution-oriented. Technical understanding: Process engineering relationships analyze and develop pragmatic solutions for the sustainable improvement of production processes. Education: You are happy to share your knowledge. A training examination (AEVO) is advantageous, but can also be acquired after your entry. Working and personality: You work analytically, independently and responsibly. Your own initiative as well as a close cooperation with different disciplines are a feature. IT and language skills: You have good MS Office and ERP skills as well as very good German (C1) and good English skills (min. B2) for cooperation with our international locations. readiness to travel: To support our international production sites, you will bring the willingness to occasional service trips (about 2-3x per year).
