Career opportunity with leading chemical specialists with international reach Our client is a medium-sized specialist in the chemical industry and is part of an internationally operating group. As a self-acting German subsidiary, our client produces its products at two locations in Germany. As part of a follow-up, this search mandate is about taking over the very generalist-oriented position as a “Senior HR Business Partner (w/m/d). The comprehensive, cross-site support of employees and the further development of both German production sites are a central aspect. You understand yourself as a “HR generalist”, act entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented, support your colleagues within your area and represent the personnel management in case of absence.

Strategic and operational support of executives and employees along the entire staff cycle Co-responsibility for the preparation fee billing incl. Time economy Analysis and optimization of HR and Payroll processes at both locations Advice on labour law issues and internal guidelines Cooperation with the works council and external partners You analyze key figures and control measures (also) data-based (HR-Controlling) Participation in HR projects such as talent development, employer branding and succession planning Support in the introduction of new HR tools and digital processes Regular representation of HR manager

Successfully completed studies in business management, ideally with the focus on human resources management or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a generalist position, ideally in a collectively established company Knowledge of labour law (individual and collective) and personnel administration Deep understanding of social security and tax law Experience in cooperation with operational co-determination bodies knowledge of the preparatory pay bill and absolute discretion Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and HR systems Very good knowledge in English and German (in word and writing) JOBV1_EN
